Prolink Diamond Products accepts all major credit cards and checks. Orders paid be checks will ship once your check clears the bank if you don't have an established account.
All diamond products are shipped ups ground service. Most orders ship the same day the order is placed. There will be a charge for expedited shipping. Shipping is charged based on size and weight.
If for any reason you should be unhappy with your experience purchase. Prolink Diamond will refund the total paid upon receiving the original product, provided the equipment is returned unused in the original packaging. The customer pay's shipping charges for all returns.
Limited 1 year warranty Prolink Diamond Products warrants it's equipment from manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Prolink Diamond will repair or replace any parts found to be defective in it's equipment at the facility of it's choice at no charge. This warranty does not cover the following : normal ware, defects caused by damage, unreasonable use, faulty repairs by others, neglect, defects due to non maintenance or shipping cost. This warranty is void if the product is alterd, modified or used in a inappropiate manner.
